NuttyNest Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how you can manage your orders, update your subscription preferences, and cancel purchases when needed.

We offer the following ways to purchase from NuttyNest:

A. One-Time Purchases

  • Standard checkout for single-item or cart-based purchases.

  • Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Klarna.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

B. Subscription Purchases (if applicable)

  • Selected products may be available on a subscription or recurring order basis.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your NuttyNest Account or by emailing contact@nuttynest.co.uk.

  • Subscription billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, etc.) are shown at checkout before purchase.


❌ 2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

We understand that plans change!
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


🚚 3. After Dispatch

If your order has already shipped:

  • You may return it within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • You’ll receive a refund once the item is returned in its original condition.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


🕒 4. Subscription Cancellations

If you subscribed to a recurring delivery:

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

  • Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the next renewal period.

  • To cancel, log in to your NuttyNest Account → “Manage Subscriptions,” or email contact@nuttynest.co.uk.


💳 5. Pre-Orders or Backorders

For pre-order items, payment is taken at the time of checkout to reserve your product.
You may cancel your pre-order anytime before the product ships for a full refund.


🧾 6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your cancellation or return is approved.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.


📢 7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or payment fails verification.

  • In such cases, you’ll be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

  • This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
