At NuttyNest, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and the procedures for returning products or requesting refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product is damaged, defective, or faulty on arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You purchased a product significantly different from its description.

Note: For perishable items such as nuts, honey, and oils, we cannot accept returns for change of mind unless the product is damaged or faulty.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order at: contact@nuttynest.co.uk.

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for refund. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product if applicable.

3. Return Process

Customers are responsible for returning the product in its original packaging, unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. NuttyNest is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items are offered where stock permits. Contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
