All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM GMT are processed the next business day.

During peak periods (sales or holidays), processing may take 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (where available).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 days of ordering, please contact contact@nuttynest.co.uk.
4. Shipping Providers
We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), DPD, and UPS, depending on your location and parcel size.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and selected international destinations.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in their country.
NuttyNest is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit:
