WHAT YOU'LL NEED
For 12 Cookies
1 cup NuttyNest Argan, Almond Argan & Honey (Smooth or Crunchy)
½ cup coconut sugar (or soft brown sugar)
1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
Optional: chopped dark chocolate or almond
flakes for topping
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking
tray with parchment.
In a bowl, mix Nuttynest, sugar, egg, vanilla,
baking soda, and salt until smooth.
Scoop small spoonfuls onto tray, flatten slightly
with a fork.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
Let cool before serving — cookies will firm as
they rest
