METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking
tray with parchment.
In a bowl, mix Nuttynest, sugar, egg, vanilla,
baking soda, and salt until smooth.
Scoop small spoonfuls onto tray, flatten slightly
with a fork.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
Let cool before serving — cookies will firm as
they rest
